Ladies, when was the last time you went into a retail store and they put the CUSTOMER'S needs FIRST?!?!? I went into the Blue Mercury at the Fenton location because I was completely out of a product I use and the wonderful sales professional helped me find what I needed and gave me advice....BUT... she also let me know that if I could wait a bit (until the 14th), the store would be having a 15% off sale on the brand of product I was buying, so I could finish stocking up. Love the store, but won’t be back to this location because of the most unwelcoming and rude employee, Daniel (employee # 40919). Snarky, unhelpful, like I was a bother to him - I was the only one in the store.

A shout out to Ms. Jaye who so graciously and kindly helped me during my quick visit yesterday. I stopped by to buy a face cream and upon entering was immediately greeted, welcomed and offered assistance. Her help and knowledge was appreciated and noted! Thank you Jaye!✨
