Consultant started out to be very helpful and as we were deciding on multiple purchases she began helping someone else. Just left us standing and did not appologize or recognize us. Had we not come especially for the makeup, which was very pricy, we would have left without a purchase.

My shopping experience was positively delightful! Yesica assisted me with several tried and true Trish McEvoy products and also helped me with choosing some Sisley items. She was very knowledgeable and happy to share her thoughts on the luxury lines available in the store. I will certainly return.

I drove over an hour to get to this Blue Mercury, because there is not one near me. When I got there, only the salesperson Yessica was there. I told her why I had driven all that way and how she could help me. She was very kind and told me she was the only one working that day and that if anyone walked in, she may have to step away from our interaction.
