Terrible service. I went in to return 2 small items and waited over 15 minutes and ended up leaving because a rep who was doing someone’s makeup , while another rep was inefficiently serving another customer - came over to me younger cousin, tapped her, grabbed the concealer from her hand and was about to tell her to stop trying products. I stood up for my cousin and told the sales advisor these are testers and if she isn’t testing it properly - educate her - don’t come at her that way. I came in with my daughter (11). Store employee treated us like trash despite going in with the sole purpose to buy some nice lip glosses for her. She said “this isn’t Sephora, don’t touch anything.” We will NEVER be returning. Very unfortunate because I have spent hundreds of dollars at blue mercury in Arlington and was so excited to have one near my house.
