the ladies are very helpful and give you free samples! i was looking into perfume by the harmonist and also some skin care and a rep was there to assist me in any way i needed. the variety was wonderful. i wish i knew about it sooner to do shopping for the holidays.
We had a great experience coming into this location! Rachel was super welcoming and helped us answer all of our questions. 100% would recommend to anyone shopping for candles, perfume, or any other beauty products!
Tamika at the University location in Houston helped me today when I ran In for a Ski critical emergency. She was really sweet and helpful, offering informed suggestions without pressing. Great experience!!

I love coming in to see Tamika at the Rice Village location! I always get great advice on what will work best for my sensitive skin and I love getting the gifts that are often included. There’s so much added value to going to this brick and mortar store, it’s hard to find the right products for me just searching online. I’ll be coming back!
