This is a fantastic high end cosmetic and other products store. Face moisturizer, collagen products, cleansers and so much more. Name brands that you will most likely not find in other stores or even hurd of. Products here are not cheap so be prepared to spend money $$$. After all why not... we, you are worth it. ❤️ Oh and exceptional customer service with highly trained staff is a plus.

Good staff and product selection however when I asked for a swatch the team member helping me applied directly from the tester applicator to my face and blended with a brush that hadn’t been cleaned, and didn’t wash hands first, without asking if I’d like it tested on my face to begin with. Not thrilled about this and would hope for more sanitary practices during future visits.

This post is for Sunday July 6th, 2025. I went to shop the products that I already know what I supposed to get. First the revolving door was locked. I saw the light on in the store. I could not see the staff. I stood there for a while and decided to call the store number. No one answered. I figured that maybe they closed but the automated answering machine said store opened till 6:00 pm on Sunday. So I decided to give second attempt. I have had many bad experiences here over the years and now drive to other locations if I need to purchase anything. As others have said, the staff ignores you and then when they finally acknowledge you they try to upsell. They are clearly on commission, and I’ve seen them insult and argue with each other about clients.
