I had the most incredible shopping experience at the Blue Mercury store in Bridgeport! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the serene atmosphere and the vast selection of luxury beauty products. But the real highlight was the manager, Julie. She went above and beyond—she knew exactly what I needed, gave me personalized recommendations, and made me feel like a VIP. I left with a bag full of must-haves and a huge smile. If you love top-tier beauty products and impeccable service, this is the place to go!
Second time I have come a couple minutes before closing and the doors are locked and people are only in the back. Very frustrating when you only need a specific moisturizer. Will go elsewhere going forward!
DJ was amazing. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & attentive—even with a store full of customers. She was careful to connect with every person in the store, step away to give us space to shop, then check back in with suggestions and help. Will definitely be back in!
Very attentive, somewhat friendly staff, but overall pretty expensive and quite pushy on sales. I’ve ended up not getting what I wanted for the price twice now
