Blue Mercury’s team is always spot-on with their amazing service and seriously impressive knowledge of all the brands they carry (and trust me, it’s a LOT of brands lol). Bad experience. Felt unwelcome and judgmental from staff ( wish I would have asked for her name). You would think the store that well located in high end area, staffs would be very well trained. No! Not at this one. The greeting we received was one staff that looked at us from head to toes and not even ask if anything she could help. Compares to standard beauty stores, you would get “ how may I help you?” When you first walk in.

I had a disappointing experience with Bluemercury. I initially made a purchase online, but when I tried the makeup, the shade didn’t match my skin tone. I called the store and was told I could come in to exchange it for a different color. When I arrived, the sales associate quietly processed a return instead of an exchange — without explaining anything.
