I was there with a friend to purchase a face wash and asked if they carried a certain brand. An older white woman with bleached hair, sitting in the back on her phone, immediately repeated the brand name back to me in a rude tone and said, “We don’t carry that brand.” Her attitude made us feel very unwelcome, almost like she wanted us out of the store the moment we walked in. Came in for new clean makeup options and Morgan spent so much time explaining all the brands to me and went above and beyond to show me how the products looked on my skin. She is the best and I feel confident in recreating the look at home.

Rude staff. Never asked or offered to help us find anything. Made only one condescending comment the entire time we were there. I found products I liked there on my own, but I was not inclined to purchase them. Went for a walk down the block and bought the same product from the very friendly staff at Cos Bar.
