incredible experience every time - Charmlyn most recently was a delight
Very friendly staff, eager to help. Great collection of skin care and hair care products. Limited make up options but those that they do have are of very high quality. They also have a great selection of perfumes and candles which are hard to find at other locations.
Loved working with the lady who helped me buy/send some Trish McElroy home so it’s there when I am home between trips. She was so helpful and sent a few small items out the door with me as I head to the airport. I’ll be back next year!!
Laura and her coworker did an amazing job helping me choose a concealer today! I was on my way to my mother’s birthday and forgot my concealer. Not only did Laura pick the perfect color for my skin, she applied it with precision!
Great experience! I initially went into Blue Mercury in La Jolla to find the right shade Ogee foundation. Tracie helped me and was terrific throughout my experience :) She helped me find the right Ogee shade but I ended up not liking the consistency. She recommended a Lune + Aster CC cream instead and gave me a sample of it to try at home. I went back to purchase it but since it's a very popular shade, it's sold out online and almost everywhere.
