Service has been consistently bad during my numerous meals(breakfast , dinner, and room service) at this restaurant. I kept thinking it was a result of busy times but even during non-busy times service was poor. I never take time to fill out reviews but this vacation was a big financial investment for me and to have such poor service consistently was a big disappointment
I arrived around 8 PM with two other guests to have dinner. We’ve usually done walk-ins without any issues, but for some reason, tonight we were told a reservation was required—even though several tables were clearly available. The hostess staff was passive-aggressive and made no effort to be accommodating. At first, no alternatives were offered. It wasn’t until my mom went back and asked if anything could be done that they suddenly said we could sit inside, but we would have to join the waitlist with an estimated wait time ... read more
Service was prompt, professional and friendly. The food was excellent. We ate outdoors overlooking the pool, patio area, and lake. It was a very enjoyable evening.
