Bradley John Zelenak was an unmistakable example of why listening is important. He had a very low sense of understanding of how things worked, even when they were explained to him multiple times. He made the whole process take much longer than necessary by making phone calls that were unnecessary. His attitude and approach ruined the buying experience and made it awful for everyone involved.

Don't go by first come first serve and have a hard time answering the phones. Looks like poor management. When I called they would transfer me to operations manager zach who never answers the phone, if you go in the office they tell you bad information, no one is on the same page that works here and obvious sign of lack of leadership.

I have never purchased materials from a more incompetent supplier. Load after load is damaged, never meeting deadlines, lied to but schedule. Bluelinx holds no responsibility, no accountability, just lies and broken commitments. Bluelinx poor attempt is costing me valuable building time, so much to the point where I am canceling all 31 scheduled projects using their products.
