Arrived, check in (start at 7am), unloading, check out ... less than a hour (flatbed). Overnight parking on the street before first gate (entrance to the shipping/ receiving office, not for trucks) or at the end of street.
Good unload just park on street first in yellow mark and walk to office to check in if have dry van they give you door side to office follow arrow there they get paperwork and give you back when finished overnight parking on end of street
