If you're like me, you're the type of person that thinks "Oh, well a few bad reviews don't mean much, every place has to have them." Oh-ho, how naive. In 5/12 I came from Las Vegas to rent an apartment in Denver for 8/1/12. I put in a credit app and deposit on a one bedroom from the Cherry Creek Place (a Blue Line Property). I received an email on their website welcoming me to their apartment community for a year lease beginning 8/1/12. I shipped boxes and moved to Boulder in mid July to prepare to take my apt. 8/1.
