Called out for 2 issues, leaking shower and blocked kitchen sink. 1st plumber came without drain snake despite website advertising "Our team of skilled plumbers is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art equipment to tackle even the toughest drain blockages." He couldn't find the outside drain anyway despite standing on it, he left. I admittedly had covered it in pebbles but a shoe shuffle would've revealed the drain.
