Spencer came out to my place of business today to fix our cameras. He had them back online in no time. I’ve used LoveTech at my place of business, as well as my home for many years now. They are always super responsive to the needs of my business, and I continue to be a very satisfied client.
Don’t believe all the 5 star reviews! Initially, this company was great, very reliable and responsive. In the last year or so, they are extremely hard to get in touch with. They also don’t service you in a timely manner when something is not working. It’s almost like they only want your business for installation and then they ghost you. Now we are stuck with equipment that doesn’t work and may need to spend more $$$ for a new security provider. I called LoveTech to troubleshoot a security camera that wouldn’t connect, and they exceeded my expectations! The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed a wiring issue, and had it fixed in under an hour. The price was very fair, and I appreciated their transparency. As a bonus, I love that LoveTech is a veteran owned, local small business. I love to support local! Highly recommend their professional and efficient service for any security camera needs.

What a Fantastic Security Company. I explained to Joseph I just had a new 8 camera security system installed by Jackson Security Solutions, by owner Michael Jackson. He could not make my system work properly and finally ghosted me as a thank you for my business !!! Joseph and his team replaced my system with 8 new cameras including a PTZ camera.
