Portal to enter information is clunky. And requires a selfie, in addition to any personal documents. Too many hurdles for the under serviced to overcome-- especially when BLUELA is subsidized with government monies.
New app horrible customer service promo was not applied to rental. Now they even charge taxes on top of rentak
Customer service since the Transition to Blink Mobility is HORRIBLE. There is no communication. The App is faulty. The car return process is convoluted. There is zero accountability. Nothing has worked as promised. No part of the process has been seamless. You should be aware before signing up as a member.
