Our experience with this property manager was eye-opening (in a bad way). The house we moved in wasn't cleaned well and there were a multitude of damages/maintenance issues, most of which never got fixed. Lastly, on the move-out, we are being defrauded out of our security deposit based on damages (most of which we didn't incur) that equal nowhere near the amount of our deposit.
