It's been quite some time since going to the dentist...anxiety issue. I usually go to the dentist when I HAVE to. I was pleasantly surprised by this dental staff. Dr Simonson and the girls I encountered on my 2 visits were very nice, understanding and didnt shame me. I got a tooth pulled, teeth cleaned and a filling replaced. Looking forward to my next visit in July!!
Dr. Simonson has been my dentist for 3 years. She is really good at explaining dental procedures in a way that's easy to understand. I've always been afraid of the dentist, but she is really gentle and always checks to make sure I'm doing okay during the appointment. I broke a front tooth and she was able to see me the same day. The filling looks great and you can't even tell it was broken before!
Had a large cavity that was starting to bother me. hadnt gone to the dentist in a while. Dr. Simonson gave me all the options and I had it pulled. didn't try to sell me on the root canal or crown. Actually said if it were her she would have taken it out to because of the other stuff that was gong on with it. I appreciate an honest dentist, which is hard to find these days.
Had a great experience... at first. Had my teeth cleaned and inspected. She identified a failed crown, sent me to an endodontist. Dr. Simonson removed the old crown and ordered a root canal rework. Dr. Simonson volunteered to to the crown work, after the re-worked root canal was competed by the endodontist. This wasn't covered by my insurance and cost me 3200$ between Simonson and the endodontist. Several months later, Simonson's office started emailing me to tell me it was time for my next cleaning.
