Worst experience I've had with a dentist before. Wasn't even treated by them because they failed to send the proper documents to the insurance company. I called about 6 times letting them know the specific documents they need to send and they said they would submit them that day. After a month of trying to get them to send these documents which should only take a few minutes, they still haven't, so I'm forced to start this process over with a new dentist. Dr.Martin is a master of his craft. I don't have an easy set of teeth to work on, and never have a shortage of things to have looked after, and Dr.Martin has been phenomenal through it all. Extremely friendly and personable, and very clearly really knows his stuff. My experience with him ranges from fillings to dental implant and the results have always been amazing. Wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there, I think it may be time Dr.Martin surprises the staff with both alcohol and drug tests he may be in for a real surprise
