The apartment was poorly maintained (dishwasher didn't work, fluid oozed up through the bathroom floor, bedsheets mismatched), service requests were not answered (I waited an entire day to be let back into my apartment when the lock was broken), and a refusal for any concessions on a move out fee, despite leaving a month before my move-out date (For a $6,000 8 week stay), I would say the whole thing is almost a scam.
