We had an excellent stay at Bluegreen Vacations Big Bear Village, Ascend Resort Collection. The condo was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with the bonus of a private garage for easy parking. The property felt safe, quiet, and walkable, with plenty of nearby shopping and dining options. Staff and service were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, a perfect stay and highly recommended!
The resort is full of apartments and condos. Each place has various number of rooms, kitchen, living room, etc. The rooms are pretty good. Some issues like the drawers open on their own due to the slant of the room. Ants are quite a problem, despite there being a lot of traps. The amenities and clubhouse is really good. We've stayed here for years. Definitely worth it.

While staying at the Bluegreen Vacations Big Bear Village, Ascend Resort Collection 40671 Village Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA, 92315, US on July 25, July 26 and July 27, 2025 I stayed in building 11 room 101 I slept in the master suite I was attacked by bedbugs I was bitten multiple times on both arms from my hands to my shoulders And one on my forehead I cannot believe this happened to me at such a nice place.
