Mr. Abney is a thorough business man that I’d recommend to anyone. I called him right before the end of the business day about needing the 20-year-old carpets in my new house cleaned. He asked for pictures of the carpet to ensure he could get me the results I was looking for, otherwise he said he wouldn’t take the job if he didn’t think he could get those results.
