Great experience and rebuilt trans for me in 2003 has over 150k on trans. Recommend to everyone. He also fixed my daughters trans and lasted past college.
When I picked up my car, it smelled like cigarette smoke. They tried to tell me no one had been smoking in or near the car. But, it was obvious that someone had been smoking in the vehicle because it smelled like a chain smoker. The car had been driven quite a bit, as well, according to the mileage. They had kept the car overnight. So I wonder now if it was to drive my car around for personal reasons.
Brian and the crew at blue grass transmission are impeccable!! I had what I thought was a major issue with my transmission and was ready and willing to spend a lot of money to fix it and Brian called me and told me it was a simple inexpensive fix!!! He is there for the customers and have some of the best workers in the county!!!
Drives people's cars (after repairs) to run personal errands...leaves car running outside the Liquor Bar (buying liquor)...keys in the car...windows down...with stereo blarring! Just lucky the vehicle didn't get stolen. My personal recommendation is to NEVER use this business. This is an actual scenario that happended this week!!!! They still expected full payment before releasing the vehicle. The police should've been called. Only gave a one star rating, since it wouldn't let me post with no rating.
They do great work and are very honest!
