Very nice quiet relaxing place, I have fibromyalgia so I'm hoping their infrared sauna helps me. I love the salt room, and all their stuff to buy out front. I bought me some very nice lamps this last visit. �

I have RA and the stiffness and aches that come with it. I’ve also felt bad this week, all week with a bad headache and well, just felt bad. A friend recommended I give this a try and finally today I did. I went in with no expectations other than maybe grabbing a nap during the day. I love this place! The salt room therapy helps me with my sinuses and migraines. I feel so “opened up” and relaxed after visiting. Also a favorite, is the infrared sauna! I love sauna therapy, but the infrared heat doesn’t leave me with the feeling I need to shower immediately after, as do traditional steam saunas. The atmosphere is extremely clean and relaxing and I loved the salt floor! Great (affordable!) selection of oils, salt lamps and gifts in the front. The session left me clear of congestion and simply feeling better overall.
Went in with sinus pressure and a slight migraine, can out feeling less pain and congestion in my head. I’m not a great sleeper either and this was definitely a rejuvenating 45 minutes. I will definitely be back for help with my migraines, allergies and relaxation.
