This is my second time visiting a salt room, and this one was superior to the last one. You can take off your shoes and walk thru the salt on the floor, before relaxing in a chair in a beautiful room full of salt crystals. The atmosphere and relaxing music will make you want to come back. Check out the health benefits and give it a try.
Absolutely love this place!! The lady at the front desk was so very nice & helpful!! This was my first time ever using a salt room & I had an amazing experience!! Thank you Bluegrass Salt Room for this wonderful experience!! I love almost 2 hours away & I’ll be back soon ...this month 😊
