High risk? No problem...Dr. Eric Schafer is a wonderful provider. He LISTENS. He CARES. He wants you to get better! He showed so much compassion during my consultation for a total hip joint replacement, he listened when other providers wouldn't. He is THE BEST. He answers questions. He makes himself available to you if anything comes up (that is really saying something there). I cannot thank him enough for giving me my life back. Absolute wonderful experience! Staff and Dr. Schafer were extremely friendly. Would recommend anyone to choose Bluegrass Orthopedics. It is definitely a first time experience with a health provider that gets a 10+ rating!

I went in for pain in my rt hip. My xray showed advanced/severe osteoarthritis. My option is surgery, and I’m ok with that. The receptionists, nurse and doctor were very nice and courteous. I would recommend them to family and friends.
