I just called to make an appointment for the first time and they picked up the phone and I literally heard them slam it back down. Super unprofessional. Definitely not a place I would trust.

I have been in treatment along with my 12 year old son now for about 9 months and I love having Dr. Tipton as my Orthodontics. He is really a caring person.After he put in braces the same following week-end he called me over the week-end off hours to make sure everything was o.k. and he also did the same for my son. He is very good about listening to his patients, and is very patient, and very respectful to them as well. He also gave my son and I a really nice spin brush for our treatment. to get us started.
