From the day I became a new patient of this facility, the experience has been less than 1 star. It actually started the day I signed all the paperwork as a new patient and was required to sign a document that allowed the facility to discharge me as a patient if I had 3 no show/no calls for my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Cobb as a doctor. His office staff however is absolutely useless and VERY uncaring! One of the little girls in the front office told my husband she didn't care that he was sick, or that it took a week to get an appointment, he was 5 minutes late for his appointment and it was going to be cancelled! Then when I called to inform the office manager what her employee said, she told me it wasn't her problem! WOW After 15 years I unfortunately have to say good bye to an awesome doctor because of his uncaring... read more
I had a really bad experience today ! it's hard to see the doctor! he was running late and I had another appointment so I had to leave ! I didn't know I needed to clear my day !
not being mindful of mine pain.i think they should have paid more attention to what I was saying. they passed mi around to the wrong doctor.after 6 months of pain, I find out from the ER that I have kidney stones that were there in a CT scan that they did in July. so all that being said bye bye hermitage primery care,thanks for nothing

this wost hospital ever the nurse staff are so rude and they treated my husband really really bad after his brain aneurysm surgery nurses and staff was rude to his family to and disrespectful to us
