Pretty frustrating to deal with. The gentleman who dropped off the device was very scattered brain. He forgot several items and had to resort to writing down ALL of our personal information (SSN, DOB, etc) on a piece of paper. Which he LOST! We only needed the device for one day, but they have a mandatory two day minimum rental. Paying the bill was also unpleasant. After going back and forth with insurance, we settled on a total due. These people are worst then mafia. Almost 3 years ago we were told by our childs doctor that we need to rent their equipment. A person delivered the equipment and after use it was picked up and we received the bill which wasn't a lot so we paid it right off. After almost 2 years, we get a bill from them for $55. Their office manager said they just had tax audit and that's what they found, that we owe $55.
