I was not pleased with my short experience at all. They did come out late on the Friday before memorial day because my AC unit was not working. I was told I needed a new unit. I was ready to do it. They told me they would call me Saturday around 1PM to set it up for first available. At 2:30PM on Saturday I tried to call 3x and no one answered. John at Bluegrass Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by a friend at church and we could not have been more pleased, especially after being told by the first company that it would cost over $700 to repair the A/C unit. He immediately found the problem, took care of it and explained how things looked and on top of that checked our other two units at no extra charge! Bluegrass Heating/Cooling is exactly what I was looking for in a contractor. John is a genuine, honest and sincere person that quickly found the root of our issue and corrected it. Our a/c went out at midnight on a Friday night. John answered first thing Saturday morning and showed up almost to the minute of when he said he would, after calling in advance to let me know he was on the way. I would definitely use Bluegrass Heating & Cooling next time. I did not have heat and within the same day John repaired my furnace and I had heat again! No hassles. He's local and I plan to have return in the spring to service my air conditioner. Thanks John!

Jon was amazing. He quickly responded to my call. He walked me through everything that he needed to do to fix my heating unit. He reminded me that there are still honest people out there.
