My experience with Bluegrass Hearing has been awesome. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them for anyone who has a hearing disability.
I have been a patient of Bluegrass Hearing for nearly 10 years. I have worked with their staff not only here in Frankfort but in several other locations. Their staff has been great to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. A visit to their office is more like going to see friends than going to a medical provider. Their products have been great and truly changed my life. After getting my aids I have been able to hear things I hadn't heard for years. I highly recommend this group.
After several years of putting it off I finally made an appointment with Lucinda at the Frankfort office of Bluegrass Hearing Clinic. It was easy to find and I was greeted warmly when I arrived. We spoke for a while about why I thought I needed hearing aides. Lucinda already knew I did because she had to speak loudly for me to understand. She asked questions about where I work, what I do for fun, areas where I had trouble hearing and my comfort level with technology.
