My right hearing aid broke on a Thursday afternoon and was fixed by the following Monday. The staff at the Paris KY location were friendy, professional and polite. There is never a good time to have a broken hearning aid so a quick repair really helped me (hear).
My visit with The Bluegrass Hearing Clinic on August 4, 2026 went smoothly. The visit was tfor a cleaning of the hearing aids and to check for any updates for the software. The cleaning was quickly done and Kari, the audiologist, answered all my questions. I appreciate the care that is given by everyone at this clinic.
Dr. Kari Wickstrom at the Paris Office of Bluegrass Hearing is WONDERFUL! I highly recommend her. She always listens to my concerns, answers my questions and solves my problems!
