Bluegrass Hearing is a great business that has been very helpful to my husband and me with our hearing issues. They are able to quickly address any problem we have, especially since they are here in town. Dr. Mary Sohler is sharp, quick, efficient, and able to explain any issue. My phonak hearing aid completely broke off at the base that goes into the ear.I did not think it was fixable.They were able to replace and the wire and get the hearing aid working again!
I called to make an appointment to get my hearing aids checked, and they had an immediate appointment. After discussing continuing issues that I was having (totally my fault), the front desk employee looked up my warranty and suggested sending them off to determine the problem. She was extremely helpful and courteous,
