Had my first Virtual TeleVisit visit with Amy Antle, Commenwealth Specialist of Ky.to discuss medications & questions about other issues i am dealing with. Office staff was very helpful on giving instructions about Televisit sending email so i could look over before my scheduled appt. Which was next day appt.! Overall process was very simple.
