The doctor and nusrse were both great. No wait time was great. Only one negative. While my son (9 yo) was receiving treatment, clerk came in and wanted to talk about my bill/charges. Not before he was treated, not after, not while waiting for the doctor or nurse. She came in while my little guy was in the middle of treatment. Tacky, thoughtless, and unprofessional. No complaints with the actual medical staff, they were outstanding!!!
The Emergency Room is run by unprofessional personnel who care more about socialising than a sick patient. Such a shame what that place has turned into. I wouldn't trust them with a band- aid in the future.
Went in last night with my daughter who had cut her thumb, as always the staff was great!! I have always had positive experiences there! We were in stitched up and out in an hour!
When getting a procedure done,why do they always Over-schedule??? 4 patients to one doctor at the same time?? Appointment at 745,it's now Noon!!!! I'll admit I'm inpatient,but this is Ridiculous!!! Today I'm not the patient,just the driver!! If I were the patient,I'd have more to say!!
Very impressed with the service!!!!! Took our 5 year old there last night with cut on bottom of foot.... Took x-rays and examined in and out 2 1/2 hours. It's was very busy too!!!! Very pleased!!!! TK you �
