I bought bike a while ago. A GT. It needed some TLC. When I took it to Bluegrass bicycle company to have the sticky shifters fixed, I was given a full consultation. They gave me so much information! They’re not just any old bike shop, they care about people and the relationship with their bikes! When you come in, you are the focal point. And they take their time! No rush. They've taken REALLY good care of me and my bike. From getting me fitted onto my road bike, swapping parts to dial in the fit, and even getting my bike rebuilt with a crash replacement frame. They have very good customer service and are excellent mechanics and fitters. and truly are "relationship-based." They aren't cheap, but they ARE worth every penny spent.
Great shop to take your bike. I’ve been to my share of bike shops and these guys know what they’re doing. They have top notch customer service and they are very knowledgeable.
Jonathan and Tania are the best in the bike business. Purchased 2 bikes from them, they service/maintain my bikes as well. Every visit with them is a learning experience. Customer for life!
I just took delivery of a new road bike at Bluegrass Bicycle Company (Bluegrass). I am a very experienced cyclist and have done business with virtually every other bike shop in my town over the years—I have never had a bad experience with any of them.
