I just took delivery of a new road bike at Bluegrass Bicycle Company (Bluegrass). I am a very experienced cyclist and have done business with virtually every other bike shop in my town over the years—I have never had a bad experience with any of them. But I’ve never written a Google review either. The owners of Bluegrass are both highly experienced journeyman mechanics (bike nerds). Tania and Jonathan are truly amazing people. From the very first appointment, I received first-class service. I’m relatively new to the cycling world and had lots of questions. If you need high-quality service, Bluegrass should be at the top of your list. I've been a customer since 2016 and have never had a problem with any bike serviced by Jonathan and Tania. Appointment-only guarantees they focus on your needs and pay attention to every detail. Additional benefit I enjoy is the education (maintenance, industry news, and general cycling) that you won't find anywhere else. Highly recommended!
