Bluegrass is awesome with our pets and very caring towards us and our fur babies!
It popped up on my Facebook, asking me to review Bluegrass Animal Healthcare & I'm surprised I hadn't done so already. This place is second to none. I apologize for not knowing everyone's names (I really should, as often as I was in there for several months) but Dr. Laura, Christy & the entire staff are truly the best there is. They cared for & loved my 14 year old cat, Fritz, like he was one of their own (even when he "cussed them out" frequently). thank you so much Dr. Amy and rest of the team for taking such wonderful care of shaggy. He was my work for the last 14.5 yrs. He was only in kentucky for the last 1.5 yrs but you all took such wonderful care of him and both of us almost 2 weeks ago when we had to put him down due to health conditions. They have taken care of my cat, my rabbits, and my old dog that they just put down. They made sure that we were comfortable and were able to stay with her in the process. VERY empathetic and caring. Would recommend Bluegrass to everyone!
I simply cannot say enough about this group! Dr. Laura Williams, and ALL her staff are compassionate, and truly love their work. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets! Laura and Mel saw my Jersey girl, through two surgeries (one required CPR), and bought me another year with my sweet girl before helping me through allowing her to cross the rainbow bridge. A large Thank You to all the staff and vets. Precious our nine year old lab mix, had to be put down due to cancer over taking her body. But they were willing to help her and do everything in their power to save her. My entire family is so greatful for you all helping us and understanding that she was our baby girl, sister and best friend. Thank You
Sadly we lost our beloved friend after 12 wonderful years and this vet was very comforting even sending me his final paw print that I'll cherish forever along with his wonderful memories with our kids.Thanks to the wonderful staff.
