I would not take my pups anywhere else. They take wonderful care of them!!
I've been here a few times and everyone is so nice and the prices are good but every time I've gone for an annual exam they didn't know what needed to be done. I gave them my pets medical history but they would still ask me what needed to be done. They wouldn't check anything on my pets, not even their weight. They're lovely people but don't pay much attention to your pets.
I have only been with them for a short time. But the two times i have been there, i have been very satisfied with my babys care. Staff is very friendly. And the same for the vets. After being screwed over by etown animal hospital, i am trusting the care of my baby to Bluegrass animal care center. And i am very particular about my baby. Hope its a long partnership.
In a very scary moment this has truly been the best experience I have ever had with a Vet! Thank you so much for saving my baby and updating me through the last couple days. Y’all are just wonderful! Thank you is not enough!
Thanks to the whole staff for taking such good care of the little stray pup I brought in. It is such a low stress environment! I have been in clinics where the waiting room is so crazy it stresses all the animals out, but it was peaceful and calm which made Mallie less stressed. When Dr. Williams came in to the room to start Mallie's examination he immediately lowered down to her level and just talked to her quietly while scratching her ears. He and Dr. Theno are just the best in my opinion and we will never go anywhere else... read more
