Completely unresponsible company. Will waist your time and money.
I would strongly advise against working with BluGrace Logistics, especially with their broker, Rashid Fator. We booked a load through them, and throughout the entire process, we kept Rashid updated and informed. He confirmed that the driver's tracking was active and being monitored on his end. Fast forward 5 days after the load was delivered, and out of nowhere, we were hit with a $250 charge for "lack of tracking."
