The serviceman was one hour late. The work he did took less than 1 minute. I was charged a ridiculous amount ($168). I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone.
Bluefrog no-showed our appointment. No show, no call, no nothing. We can't shower, wash clothes or cook without water. And it will be Monday before we can get another plumber to check our leak. Do not hire!
