Purchased two sofas. Both cream colored sofas were delivered with black smudges. Delivery guy took pictures and told me someone would be out to clean. Six weeks past and never heard from BF so I went into the store. Was told the person I needed to speak to was out but they would have them call me. It’s been another six weeks now. No response. Supposed to be high quality custom kitchen table and chairs for you beach house. Table arrived with dried paint drips down the side. Went back for fixing. Was told it would be a day. Instead no communication and took 1.5 weeks. I’m happy to pay these prices, but quality and communication are expected.

Horrible warranty policies! The outside cushions were used for a limited number of months and stored inside. It is torn on the seam from poor quality. They expect us to pay 90.00 to repair it. Last year it was 50.00. Our other chairs are rusted out and covered under warranty but yet it’s been 2 months of them not fixing them. The service is so slow.
