EXTREME FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! Lies on the website and on the application fee it states rent is between 750-950 but when they send the holding agreement its 1,579 a month it doesn't even have central air (not worth it) and they are so hard to get in contact with them they barely respond horrible service GHETTOO!!!
Hailey Jones was so easy to work with, answered all of my questions and helped me tremendously as a first time renter. She replies promptly and efficiently, she is very honest and trustworthy as well! Highly recommend!!
We recently did an interior wall, renovation, drywall repair, and interior painting for living area for a tenant. They called us directly because unfortunately, there was some interior damage, they wanted to take care of it. They mentioned the name of the property managers company, and, I give credit or credit is due.
