My experience renting through Bluefield was extremely disappointing, and I strongly urge others to think carefully before working with them. They failed to conduct a move‑in inspection—even on a brand‑new build—which immediately put us at a disadvantage when it came time to move out. We invested significant time repairing nail pops that appeared shortly after move‑in and left the home clean and well within normal wear and tear.
