History Established in 2014. The Inn was built as a private home in 1904 and was used by the Maynard family for years. It was then sold to a woman who turned the home into apartments and then about 20 years ago, it was turned into a bed and breakfast. Meet the Business Owner Kitt M. Me & my husband stayed at Marta Washington room for a day. The room is decorated very well and maintained clean. The host was sweet and super accommodating. They considered our dietary restrictions and served tasty breakfast. Overall stay experience was pleasant . We plan to visit again.
We live in the DC area and were looking for a nice place to stay for the Holiday. We called twice to try to book a Christmas Eve and Christmas stay. The first time we called, we spoke to a young lady who didn't seem to know much about the inn. We called a second and a third time, left a message and no one ever returned the call. Curious if anyone else has experienced this. Definitely would not recommend this innkeeper.
Very nice breakfast and a charming room.
We were only able to spend a few hours, basically just slept, and I loved every second! Our room was beautiful and clean. The late check-in was seemless. We even left before breakfast was served, and there was a packed breakfast waiting for us. We will definitely be planning a longer trip to come back.
The house is very nice on the inside . It is good for a couple. They play nice music . We were leaving before breakfast so she make it to go for us . The parking is a little hairing but it worked out .
