Absolutely awesome experience, very relaxing atmosphere and great staff on hand. They did exactly what i envisioned!! Will definitely be a customer for good.
The facial and massage I had were both delightful! My only concern was that the gift cards that I received as gifts can expire in a year. Then you lose 20% of the value. Any gift cards I give or receive never expire. It truly does not seem right that I lost full value of a gift card when the vendor has been paid and made interest off the revenue received. Please rethink this policy. Otherwise, this is my favorite local spa and they take such good care of their clients.
I can't say enough good things about Blue Fern. My first visit was via a birthday gift certificate from a friend and I ended up returning a few times then decided to take advantage of a monthly membership. The owner and his son makes you feel so special. It is cozy inside like a warm hug every time. Services are always amazing, I usually try to do both massage and facial and every now and then add salt room which has amazing benefits. Honestly this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After beginning my 90 minute prenatal massage, I asked my massage therapist to step out for a moment so that I could remove additional garments that I was wearing, as the position I was in was extremely uncomfortable. When the therapist returned. She stated that I had wasted her time and put her behind schedule, even though I was the last client of the day.
