This is the most horrible place I have ever encountered!! How can a establishment such as this that has control over people's OXYGEN not deliver them OXYGEN!? My aunt and I have been ordering from this company for years. Her supplies were coming on time, and it was a complete order. Now, 2024 January, nothing but incomplete trach care orders, and when I call the company, I was told we are out of that. What???? What do I do now? BlueDot Medical charged me for a Wheeled walker that they delivered to themselves & then asked me to pay for it since it had a signed delivery to someone noted as Nurse "Janet L"? No clue who that is, who got the walker, and why I was charged. Called their number and asked for billing who did nothing & told me to call back and not press 1 for billing (because what else would you press for a billing question)??? This place is the worst! It’s so sad that they supply something that peoples’ lives depend on yet they don’t seem to care. My dad is on oxygen 24 hours a day and has been calling, for a couple of weeks, to get them to come take a look at his machine. His telephone interactions with them have been unprofessional and unhelpful. I called them yesterday and spoke with Natalie.
