I have been taking a medication for years now and getting it filled through BCBS of AL. My plan has not changed. Today it was rejected by BCBS and when I call customer service they could care less. I was told this can take up to 72 hours. I don't have medicine to last that long and will be in the hospital by then. Lawsuit will be incoming if that happens.
