Carlos is great. I didnt have a car so I really appreciate the rides the program provides for me. I no able to move around on my own but I really appreciate the help it made recovery a little easier.
Place is absolutely horrible! Lied about everything - the location and facilities! They assured me they were reputable bc I was coming from out of state. When I arrived I was abandoned at a DILAPIDATED WAREHOUSE , I was so scared and very afraid and desperately sick. THE LOCATION WAS NO WHERE NEAR PROMISED and there was NO BATHROOM, RUNNING WATER, FOOD, ZERO QUALITY OF CARE! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE, THIS IS A TRUE AND VALID REVIEW. What a wonderful sober living environment! My daughter spent almost 90 days at one of the Henderson locations and the change in her has been astounding. I had originally been leery because it almost seemed too affordable considering the upscale environment, but sure enough it provided a wonderful launching point for her recovery. I would absolutely recommend Bluecove sober living homes.
