They coordinated a full gut reno for us, and didn't just do a surface job but improved every part of the physical infrastructure of the house as they went, replacing pipes, sistering beams, bringing electrics up to code, improving insulation, all as a matter of course. The work i had done was my basement bathroom done for my disabled wife to use and make it easier for her which it has been.
