I searched a specific area, and I got that. They didn't show me anything out of the area I selected.
These people are the best! I’ve sold three properties with them and they are top notch. Professional photography including aerial photos, wonderful office team in a great location in downtown Spokane, all for just 1% listing fee!! Why would I ever go elsewhere?
I had a great experience with this team, referred them to a family member who also was pleased. But i guess the good realtor moved on....another family member tried them out in Fall 2018 and they were lousy. Did not visit property, advertised things not on the property and omitted others, did not advertise, etc... Downgraded from 5 stars to 1.
I love the Cascade Team Spokane! Every time I have had contact with them, each realtor has been knowledgeable, personable, and pleasant. They offer outstanding services for a 1% listing fee. Why pay 2% extra when you can have BETTER service for 1%?!? I highly recommend working with this team. Tyler Bean, works harder than most to sell your current home and find you your forever home! James Faucett has built an incredible team and I, again, enthusiastically recommend this team over any other one in Spokane!
