Don't do it... I wouldn't wish this place even on my enemy. There is a reason why they have low stars... I could give a zero if there was one but if you want to regret just take your motorcycle. The owner Ryan instead of learning over the years from the bad stars he accepts bikes that his mechanics can't fix. Instead of making his business better he makes it worse. Here is my story, I brought an Italian bike (which they are no experts in), two months later only the fuel pump ...Continue Reading

Spent $2,000 to repair a 1981 MotoGuzzi Monza. The mechanic left a shop rag in the engine, which was discovered and repaired by another shop. When we called Ryan about his mechanical negligence, we ended up having to take him to court to pay the damages caused to the Monza. We won our lawsuit, but Ryan has yet to pay the judgment. We have sent the judgment on to collection. Needless to say, would not trust any bike to this shop.

Business response:

So let's start form the beginning, Back in May 2016 the Motoguzzi was brought to us because you had started it on fire...We got a bike with burnt up wiring, bad carbs, burnt up engine (in the fire). That was our starting point..Yes you did spend fair …See More

The only people in town who would hook me up with a simple tire change, the sign they aren't just in it for the money but to get people put riding.

Just had my rear tire replaced at bluecat motorcycle. SPHD would not let me bring in my own rubber and wanted a mint to buy and have them do it. bluecat motorcycle did a great job and fast turn around time. Going back to have my front done when it comes in.

Ryan and his friends helped me out on a single track trail miles from my campsite. My front tire stem flattened under the wheel and they fixed it out of the goodness of their hearts (we didn't have the tools). They invited us to their campsite after and we really enjoyed talking with them about cycles and life. I plan on getting my work done at BlueCat even though it is a bit of a drive. Thanks again Ryan! Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a repair shop, and thank god it's a motorcycle shop. I was pretty upset when I dumped my bike, but that feeling almost turned to joy when they told me how inexpensive it was going to be to fix! Not only were they friendly and punctual, but they fixed a few other things that I hadn't mentioned that would only take a few minutes, but still it's an incredible gesture.
