Have to say, the in house support to date has been exceptional. Let down by Admin staff. A client of Q Health, admin don’t seem to be aware of the client's needs when arranging transport. Need to be aware of disabilities. Low cars
Spoke to a lady by the name of Narelle, extremely rude and condescending. I rang asking for help getting in contact with nurse/OT visiting in the coming days for my grandfather (who is currently in hospital with no info on him atm) she was so unhelpful and condescending she should not be in this line of work!!
The people that work there are fantastic and very helpful
